In all these relationships, the constant with Eddie is his visible sense of mission in building better relationships across racial, ethnic, gender and other variables of human diversity in our nation. He exudes confidence grounded in his expertise, a sense of charm and personal touch that allows people to hear his message, and the stamina to undertake the large challenge of helping Iowa adapt to a new era.
