Keep having seminars, especially for young people. Very interesting and educational; great job guys! Eddie was enthusiastic and fun to listen to. I think the enthusiasm and the passion of both presenters was fantastic. Enthusiasm makes hard subjects such as racism easier to learn- and makes one excited about changing. Very educational. Longer session. It was very interesting. Need more than just city employees- the whole community, so we can sit down and think more. More hands on activities. More ideas and ways to change. A good program from educated people who actually care. In the past, this type of program has been presented as something the city facilitated and included no real content. Eddie, why white in all capitals and black in lowercase? I would recommend caution about reinforcing stereotypes unintentionally, given current method of presentation. Role playing difficult, but helpful. Longer sessions. Longer amount of time. I hope I get the chance to listen to further training. Good program- thanks you guys. Perhaps longer sessions next time. Very upbeat and down to earth. Personal feelings really worked at the grass roots level. Encourage more group participation. You do very well at your presentation and getting the point across. With more participation those points will be taken outside the seminar. Eddie expressed his prejudices about another race- it would have been interesting to Jesse's similar views. I'm sure his people have prejudices about other groups too. Suggestions to get minorities involved in larger community. Are they afraid? Additional follow-up information. Perhaps less time on testimonials and more on suggestions or research which has worked to educate those who are "hard to educate" (they probably don't attend session like this).
